Baños del Carmen

The Baños del Carmen is one of Malaga’s symbols, an emblematic area on its east coast where a leisure area for the upper classes was built at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. This was the site of Malaga’s first football pitch from 1922 onwards. Its peculiar proximity to the sea meant that the ball boys used to go by boat to return the balls.
