Huelva

Fortunately, there are many football cities, but they all pale in comparison to the first. Huelva enjoys the unique distinction of being one of the birthplaces of football in Spain and home to the country’s oldest club. Airport

Huelva is connected to more than 100 international destinations via two airports, which are located just 1 hour away – Seville and Faro.

Train

Connects with Barcelona (7h25m), Córdoba (2h31m), Madrid (3h43m), Sevilla (1h30m), Valencia (8h25m), Zafra (3h20m) and Zaragoza (5h39m), among other destinations.

Roads

The A-49 motorway links Seville with Portugal. From the north, via Extremadura, take the N-435. From Madrid, take the N-V to Mérida, where it joins the N-435, or take the A-66 to Seville, where it joins the A-49.

Public transport

Huelva is a well-connected city where you can walk to many of its main attractions.
